Living room and an open kitchen have all necessary amenities that you need for your stay. Gas cooker, mini fridge, and microwave are ready to use. In the living area, find a nice warm sofa, a dining area for two with nice wooden highchairs. Find a Smart TV and WI-FI which is available for free at all times.

Bathroom is fully equipped with towels, toilet papers, soap, shampoo, conditioner and cleaning tools. Shower has two heads to accommodate our guests' preferences.

There is enough parking for all our guests, and it is free.

Neighbors are friendly and quiet most of the time. Area is easily accessible from main roads and main basic needs, like supermarkets, local fresh foods, ATM, bank, Barber shop, dispensary, restaurants, clubs etc.

Inside the premises, enjoy Rooftop terrace where you can hangout and enjoy the Sunset view or look around to see Local life from above. You may use laundry room at any time. These are shared places and detergent is free.

Upon arrival, my self or one of our team members will be at the premises waiting to welcome you and assist with all your needs to make your stay comfortable.

Kinondoni area is an nice live place. Neighbors and the locals are friendly and very helpful. They embrace their Tanzania culture. Outside our gate there is a street passing and the main road is about 5 min walking. This are is all safe to be outside or walk to a shop.

Enjoy staying with locals and learn a lot. This neighborhood is friendly and surrounded by many amazing things which all together bring a good vibe such you won't feel too lonely once you step outside the premises. Public transportation (buses, bodaboda, taxis, and bajaji (most use UBER) are within 5 minutes walking. Local food restaurant, Banks, Baber shops, mini supermarkets, gas stations, church, mosque, dispensaries, are less that 10 minutes walking.
