Apartment Size: 21.2 sq. meters/228.2 sq. feet

Step into a serene and welcoming home that radiates a congenial ambiance. The living room, coupled with an open kitchen, is furnished with all the essential amenities required for your stay. Relish the convertible sofa-bed, and make use of the gas stove, compact refrigerator, and microwave at your convenience. The living space features a cozy sofa, a dining area for two with charming wooden stools, a Smart TV equipped with popular applications, and constant access to WI-FI. A QUEEN-sized bed with a plush mattress and six sets of bedding awaits you. A compact table is available for your laptop and work needs. A medium-sized wardrobe, along with mirrors for your personal effects, is also situated in the bedroom.

The bathroom comes fully stocked with towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and various cleaning implements. The shower is designed with dual heads to suit our guests' preferences.

There is enough parking for all our guests, and it is free.

Neighbors are friendly and quiet most of the time. The area is easily accessible from main roads and main basic needs, like supermarkets, local fresh foods, ATM, bank, barber shop, dispensary, restaurants, clubs etc.

Upon arrival, my self or one of our team members will be at the premises waiting to welcome you and assist with all your needs to make your stay comfortable.

The area is not too loud, and neighbors are friendly and helpful. They embrace their Tanzania culture. It's ok to say hello - "Mambo" when you feel like it's ok. Outside our gate, there is a street passing by, and the main road (Mwinjuma rd) is about 5 min walking. Walking is safe around the area.

Enjoy staying with locals and learn a lot. This neighborhood is friendly and surrounded by many amazing things, which all together bring a good vibe such you won't feel too lonely once you step out the premises. Public transportation (buses, bodaboda, taxis, and bajaji (most use UBER) are within 5 minutes walking. Local food restaurants, banks, Baber shops, mini supermarkets, gas stations, church, mosque, dispensaries, are less than 10 minutes walking.

Distance from the airport to our homes is approximately 30 minutes
