The living room boasts a sizable sofa, perfect for snuggling with pillows and a cozy blanket as you enjoy films on Netflix or YouTube on the Wi-Fi-enabled smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare home-cooked meals. The bathroom is stocked with towels, toilet paper, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo for your convenience. The property features a gated entrance. Complimentary parking is available on-site for all guests. Kinondoni area is in the midst of everything. Very alive. Neighbors and the locals are friendly and helpful. They embrace their Tanzanian culture. Outside our gate, there is a street passing, and the main road is about 5 min walking from the apartments. Feel free to walk around. It is safe.

Enjoy staying with locals and learn a lot. This neighborhood is friendly and surrounded by many amazing things which all together bring a good vibe such you won't feel too lonely once you step outside the premises. Public transportation (buses, bodaboda, taxis, and bajaji (most use UBER) are within 5 minutes walking. Local food restaurant, Banks, Baber shops, mini supermarkets, gas stations, church, mosque, dispensaries, are less that 10 minutes walking.
